Pilates is a low‑impact yet highly effective workout focusing on core strength, posture, and controlled movement. This class improves muscle tone, stability, and flexibility while supporting injury prevention and everyday movement.

Best for: Core strength, posture, injury prevention

Expect: Precise movements, strong core focus, low‑impact training

Please note on Saturday 18th April the class will be a Yoga class.
